We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Prelude Belting Ltd by our Group company Chiorino U.K. Ltd.

Prelude Belting Ltd is a comprehensive conveyor belts and accessories supplier, fully equipped and stocked to meet different needs, serving the south Lincolnshire region.

Chiorino U.K. is growing and achieving excellent results, and this acquisition is a further step in our Group's expansion strategy on the U.K. market, aimed to generate a strong commercial boost, in synergy with the other Chiorino U.K. belting hubs.

The new branch is located in Bourne, within the Lincolnshire area. Chiorino U.K. will benefit of additional site fitters, allowing the development of new business and empowering the local customer service.

As part of the acquisition, all directors and staff will remain at Prelude Belting Ltd, maintaining the business continuity and serving long standing customers, with a particular focus on the food market.

With 5 Sales & Fitting hubs, Chiorino U.K. strengthens the market covering and service capability throughout the whole country.
