Personal data handling policy in compliance with EU Regulation regarding the protection of personal data, 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 In accordance with articles 13 and 14 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679, Chiorino S.p.A. (responsible for handling) informs you that the personal data that you provide to the company, author of this policy, is subject to handling for the purpose of potentially recruiting new personnel. The personal data that you provide is handled in accordance with the requirements of the law and the confidentiality obligations for purposes related to the evaluation of your application for a possible working relationship or collaboration with the author of this policy. The data is handled with or without the assistance of electronic means or automated methods and is kept and protected by suitable security measures and will not be disseminated, communicate or broadcast to other parties. The provision of data is optional, the refusal to provide certain data could lead to an incorrect evaluation of your professional qualities. The data will be kept for 5 years, on expiry of this period the data will be destroyed.
