HP POLYURETHANE belts now represent CHIORINO’s
PREMIUM QUALITY meeting today’s most stringent requirements
in terms of safety and hygiene, required by OEMs and
endusers within the food industry.
Following the world success of BLUE POLYURETHANE HP
BELTS, CHIORINO has created a complete range of blue belts,
as per table at the bottom of this page.
Features of the blue HP POLYURETHANE belts:
- the conformity to FDA requirements and to the latest
European Regulation 2005/79/CE regarding the contact
with food products;
- the unique calandered cover, with a density that limits
bacteria growth, makes the blue POLYURETHANE HP belt
meet all HACCP criteria, thus ensuring the highest safety
standards for food handling and processing;
- the HACCP conformity, which is also endorsed by the special resistance
to hydrolysis, making HP belts totally safe from
the action of water, steam, chemical and mechanical agents
used at the cleaning stage;
- the VL (velvet) finish improves the de-hesive properties of
the
cover with any type of raw dough and also make it suitable
for accumulation applications;
- the very high resistance to the attack of fats and
oils, even
the most aggressive of them (palm and
coconut oils);
- the ability to successfully operate at low temperatures
(-30 °C);
