In its own R&D laboratories, CHIORINO
is capable of developing formulations for a wide range of elastomer
blends, among which:
- natural and SBR
- Nytrilic
- halobutylic
- Hypalon®
- Neoprene®
- Silicon
using white reinforcing fillers like silicon, kaolin and high surface
area alumina.
Special attention goes to research into systems for curing
the blends, optimising the marriage of formulation-vulcanising cycle
to obtain a correlation between the material’s final mechanical
properties and curing time.
