EQUIPMENT

CHIORINO has designed fast and easy to make jointing
systems obtained by using purpose designed equipment.

Features of the CHIORINO Fast Joint systems:
- they can be executed on thermoplastic conveyor
and transmission belts up to 200 mm max. wide
- no use of cements
- they guarantee ease of use and speed of execution (a few minutes, using the equipment here shown and following the jointing procedures ensuring quality joints).

The fast joint systems differ according to the belt types and their width:

Endless making of thermoplastic polyurethane elastic belts (EL series)
The type of joint suggested is OVERLAPPED, using the following equipment:
- up to 40 mm wide with new heating clamp P50 FJ;
- up to 50 mm wide with P50 T press;
- up to 80 mm wide with P120 FJ press;
- up to 200 mm wide with EL250 press.
This method does not require any preparation like finger punching.

Thermoplastic polyurethane belts with textile carcass, up to 50 mm wide.
The type of joint suggested is MICRO Z FINGERS, using the following equipment:
- puncher F50 M;
- up to 40 mm wide with new heating clamp P50 FJ;
- up to 50 mm wide with P50 T press.

Thermoplastic polyurethane belts with textile carcass, up to 80 mm wide.
The type of joint suggested is SINGLE Z FINGERS, using the following equipment:
- puncher F80 ME;
- up to 40 mm wide with new heating clamp P50 FJ;
- up to 50 mm wide with P50 T press.
- up to 80 mm wide with P120 FJ press.
